Quest’s technical staff include Engineers, Field Technicians, Communications Experts and support staff, with over 400 combined years of experience on Avaya Communication platforms, specializing in SME products.

We understand that your communication system is the lifeblood of your business – and will strive to exceed your expectations in maintaining and servicing your system.

Quest’s maintenance customers receive priority service over all other dispatch requests, including emergency on site response, if necessary.

Over 95% of all calls into our Technical Support Center are resolved remotely, the same day the ticket is generated. We value your time, and our record for resolving tickets, demonstrates this to our customers.

Support Offerings:

Quest offers a variety of maintenance plans, varying from simple remote programming assistance to all-inclusive complete coverage. Our diverse offerings ensure that we have a plan that will work best for your needs.

Quest provides priority response for Quest Maintenance customers. Quest will respond with maintenance service for Maintenance customer’s major failures within four (4) hours of notification. Quest will respond with maintenance service for Maintenance customer’s minor failures, the next business day by 5:00 p.m.

Support Packages:

Gold

Unlimited site visits due to equipment failure per year. Also includes complete equipment coverage and unlimited calls for remote programming assistance for minor changes.

Platinum

Gold coverage PLUS complete equipment coverage and unlimited calls for remote programming assistance for minor & major changes. (1) four hour training per year; and (1) two hour remote consultation per year.

Block of Hours Contracts:

Crystal: $1,450 (12 Hours)

Crystal Coverage provides up to 12 hours of remote assistance for one year, Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm PST. This coverage does not include any equipment coverage or onsite labor. At the end of the year, unused hours expire. Must be pre-paid on an annual basis (May be used in conjunction with Gold Coverage).

Diamond: $2,075 (24 Hours)

Diamond Coverage provides up to 24 hours of remote assistance for one year, Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm PST. This coverage does not include any equipment coverage or onsite labor. At the end of the year, unused hours expire. Must be pre-paid on an annual basis (May be used in conjunction with Gold Coverage).
